about
This was the first piece of music recorded in the TANK, by Bruce Odland back in 1976-77 with a nakamichi 550 portable cassette. He recorded all the parts separately, without monitoring, then slipped them together on an ancient tube 8 track scully tape recorder. The result was played from a 4 channel sound system in a bell tower high above the Spree Festival in Denver Colorado. Later on Bob Burnham made this stereo mix.
